Latest Map Guarantee

Going to Florida soon and am planning on buying a new tomtom from Walmart
its only slightly dearer than buying an updated map [Florida] on my 3year old Go 530,as I won't have access to a computer whilst i am in Florida, will the latest map guarantee update still work from my home computer? being a different country [ip address etc]

It should do but it will only entitle you to the US map update IIRC.

Which model were you looking at buying?

The 335se, its around £50 in Walmart ,if theres any left, when I get there
it only has the US map on it ,thats the only map i'm interested in anyway,
it would cost me £45 for the latest map update from tomtom the one I have on my 530 is about 3 years old, it didn't seem much sense to do that
