Recording POIs on the move

Hi

I am new to Garmin ( I have just purchased a 3790).

On my old TomTom I had a little button on the screen which allowed me to record the position of the POI whilst driving, I remember that I downloaded a simple software add-on for the TT.

Does anyone know if there is a there a similar download for the Garmin please?

Just touch the car on the screen. You will be prompted to save the location with a name of your choice. The POI gets saved in Favourites.
