Fair enough, but I have been sporting a Blackberry mount for 9 months in the same position and have had no problems. Perhaps a bit of black insulating tape over where it says 'TomTom' on the mount might be prudent?

Or even better one could always print off a small Nokia or iPhone logo and carefully stick it over the 'Tomtom' ident on the back of the mount
