Registration Vouchers - Can you use them on map upgrades?

Hi,

TomTom have just given me the £10 voucher that I should have got when I registered my TomTom in July 2010.

Apparently if you just let TomTom Home do the registration, you miss out - you have to ignore TomTom Home and use a specific URL.

Anyway, my question.

Can this be used towards the map upgrade service. I ask because although you start the purchase in the TomTom shop, you get redirected to your TomTom Home application and complete the purchase there. Unlike the online shop, there doesn't appear to be anywhere to enter the code on the TomTom Home application.

Just wondering whether anyone has tried it and knows for sure.
