Assuming you know how to grab the screen captures, you have to save them as jpeg images and then upload them on the internet somewhere, either to some webspace you have access to (most ISPs give you some) or to one of the photo sharing sites (such as Photobucket), which is probably easiest.
Then you link to the picture in your post, using the {img} image tags
Press the button labelled IMG above the post window then paste in the URL of the picture, then press the IMG button again.

The text should end up looking something like this

{img]www.somewhere.com/mypic.jpg{/img}

(except the img tags will have square brackets instead of curly ones)

Hi Everyone,
I have managed to get unit working again ok from backups, reloaded camera database and used the menu from Andy.P, will try on the road after new year. Greatly appreciate all the help.
