NuLink Services on the 1695

I am having a lot of trouble with my TT GO950 Live and I am thinking of getting a Garmin 1695. Garmin advertise that Nulink Services are included free for one year.

What Nulink services are offered on the 1695?
Do all of then come free for a year?
What do the services cost per year?

Google Local Search is particularly well-done, much easier to get results than with the similar TomTom feature. Traffic features are also well thought out, even showing reported traffic delays color-coded on the main navigation screen with no destination set. I've also found White Page lookup useful, saving me a followup call to a customer when I was given the wrong address. Entering the phone number gave me the proper one. Some of the features may get little use (Ciao for instance), but these three are certainly worthy.
