To avoid problems with my 740 Live, I haven't connected to Home since I read the warnings on V9. I have paid for map updates but should I update my map? How do I ensure my 740 isn't corrupted by V9 if I update the map?

The latest (broken on x40) firmware is supposed to fix that. I'm going to hold off updating maps until the firmware is fixed.

At 11:35 HOME estimated 1hr 30m for UK&ROI!

At 13:12 it says 42 min still to go!

Mind I do only get a max 2Mb connection out here in the sticks.

Hmm, you should just about have finished resetting everything by the time 860 maps come out.

Any significant increase in map size?
