Evil or Very Mad Hi
Anybody know how to get in touch with these people
Any direct phone line known
I am having real problems with an order I cannot get through on their customer help line, they ignore emails & I have not got a clue as to what is going on with my order.
Any help or info would be appreciated.
Needless to say they are not to be recommended on any account
G

eBuyer are pretty good to deal with overall, but can be atrocious when you hit problems. I had to RMA a DVD writer that died a couple of months back, and it was a somewhat painful experience.

The best way to communicate with them is via their enote system - if they don't reply to your enote, open another. I think they route most email directly to the bin - I'm pretty sure they do ask somewhere that you use enotes, not email. As for the phone line, if you let it ring for long enough you will usually get through - though I've only ever got as far as ringing them once.

They can only offer the low prices they do by cutting their customer service costs as low as possible - so they don't have many customer support staff. For purchases where customer support is important, I don't use them. On the other hand, for purchases where I knew all along what I wanted and that it was unlikely I was going to need any customer support, they've saved me a lot of money.

Hopefully a little perseverance will pay off.

Wishing you the best of luck in sorting out the problem,

David
