TTN7 & IPAQ DATA MESSENGER

Hi, I run ttn7 on my hp ipaq data messenger with the internal gps and on an external gps. Everything runs ok except for one fault, when your following the voice guidence on a route it always starts off ok then the voice stops mid way through the directions and starts again as your on the roundabout or turning with the last part of the directions. I have reinstalled changed voices the only thing i can think of is that i need an ultra micro sd which can run faster than my kingston 4gig card. Any advice would greatly help.
