Yes -- and the pig would have to walk 282 miles so where does 219 come from? It probably goes in a straight line because it isn't allowed on motorways -- they are the original off-roaders. Sad

That's definitely one thing to look out for - they always quote the straight line distance to any poi/location.
To get the 'real' mileage as you would drive or the pig would walk you do have to get the unit to calculate the route and then when you check through the turn/route info you get the actual mileage.
