I'm very happy with my TT rider V2, not so happy that my Nokia 5800 is not compatable with it.
I'm considering changing my phone, I'm on T Mobile network and would want to use GPRS for traffic info, can anyone recommend a phone that will work well with my setup?

Thanks for the link Any, I have been there and it is of no great help. I want to buy a new Nokia, the ones on the list with the functions I want are older models and not available to buy new. TomTom have been of no help at all on this, they just say they have no timescale for updating the list.
I wondered if there was anyone out there using a current Nokia model with the Riderv2 and getting the phone and traffic to work ok.

I use a Nokia E71 ok with my Rider2 and Cardo Scala but cant confirm traffic (we dont have that facility here)

That's on TomTom's list for other TT models (see HERE), but for all the ones listed, it looks like it only works for hands-free and possibly phone book retrieval, but not for data services. |
