Odd goings on..

I was just sat watching the tv and from the other end of the room a voice calls out to 'Turn Left'

My TT was calling me from the bookcase where I keep it! I got up and opened the case to find it turned on. Amazing because when I placed it there last week it was definately turned off.

Now this is the 3rd time this has happened (that I am aware of!) in recent months and its left me wondering whats causing it. Could it be that it is left unused and the battery is going flat???

This sort of behaviour isn't that unusal, if your device has a reset switch in its base give that a prod before putting on the shelf between periods of use as this will stop the processor. You don't lose any settings etc, if your unit doesn't have a reset switch and employs the on/ off switch as the reset button (newer devices) then there is little you can do - Mike

Thanks Mike, it is TTXL with the reset in the on/off button, so I guess I put up with it.
