How do I download French camera database as well as UK?

Hi all,
I have been using the Uk database for a number of years and must say its very good. Is it possible to download the French camera database as well as the Uk. I use a Garmin Nuvi 660. (I think it would be helpful to have the camera locations for the trip to the Le Mans Classic in July!!).
Can anyone give me advice (step by step?) please?
