Has technical support gone offline?

I have made numerous efforts at contacting them recently , but not a single reply has come back.

My problem with telmap on BB Bold 9000 is that activation code has not been saved by telmap when I exit app, therefore I have now used the code on the same app on same handset 5 times. I gew the error message... “Sorry unable to transfer activation code to further devices”



From the FAQ, I have the following info...

“Sorry unable to transfer activation code to further devices”

Happens when a user have used his activation code more than 5 times.

the tech support have now resolved my issues, obviously snowed under with requests following the update.
