Activation Code Error

Having re-registered as part of the upgrade, I have been issued a new activation code.

It works, except that the application doesnt save the info when I exit and i have to enter it each time I launch.

I have now exceeded the maximum of 5 uses for the activation code.
All this relates to using Telmap on just one handset.
Any ideas how this can be resolved?

I have been a beta tester for some months now, very pleased with results generally.

Has anyone else had similar problems, did you get it resolved.

I have a Blackberry Bold 9000

Love the program generally although not really been able to use it enough to see the difference in the upgrade.

Have left messages on all contacts at Telmap, but no reply. :-)
