Same here. Deleted old version which had its flows but worked and this is not. First it would freeze my device trying to set permissions and once it did after few reboots - navigation doesn't work at all and maps seem to work but it is slow as a dog.. I am removing it until is fixed....
So much for the new and improved version... |

What a load of crap! Exact same issue - map is SLLLOOOWWWW and it can't now calculate directions whether for driving or walking. I know it's free, but that doesn't mean it should be rendered utterly useless with every 'update'. |

I've noticed the newest test version goes all quiet on me when I use it on my bb 9700 when the phone is connected to the in-car bluetooth receiver. Disconnect the link, Telmap starts speaking to me, reconnect, silence. It's as if the audio output is being redirected to the bluetooth device (that only passes through phone calls!) when a bluetooth device is present. The option to 'use bluetooth connected devices if present' would be nice to tick or not tick so you can use the phone speaker if your bluetooth receiver doesn't pass non-phone call data. Maybe one day. |
