Hi,

I have a Zumo and a Nuvi 860 both with lifetime updates. Can I use the same downloaded update for both, or do I have to download it twice?

Although the downloaded .EXE would be physically the same in each case, you have to use the correct 'voucher code' for each device, when you run it.

You may have to at least start the download, to persuade the Garmin website to generate such a 'voucher code', but once it's done that, you could cancel it and run the download you already have.

(When you run the program, it might not prompt for the code, finding it instead, in a file on the device, where the website wrote it - (ISTR file is prodkey.bin))
