cant extract viamichelin updates

Hi All
Iv recently given back my tom tom to my boss and have gone back to using my viamichelin build 159 version 3.0101.0409 jokenav which tells me to turn about 200 yards after the corner. Iv tried saving and extracting the updates off there site but keep getting an error message. Is there anywhere else i can get these updates.

Can you elaborate - What sort of updates?

Software, maps, speed cameras?

Maybe a better approach is "why can't you extract them?"

DO you use a MAc by any chance? I only ask because the speed camera data from this site needs extracting after you download it, and the built-in Mac extractor doesn't do it right. You need a free third party program like "The Unarchiver".
