POIs

Hi

I'm running CP8 for WinMob on an htc TouchPro 2 with Win 6.5.

Until recently, I had various POIs from PGPSW showing the location of Shell garages, Tesco etc. Now all the icons have disappeared from the screen, even though they are still showing correctly in the POI Manager. I raised it as a query with ALK 2 weeks ago, but have had no response. Any suggestions on how to continue to use external POIs?
