Hello,
nice to join this forum,


I have a new 9550 and want to use the Telmap navigator,
I installed version 4.65.06 and seems to be compatible,
I also got an activation code from the support but it wouldn’t let me registered,
Could it be a compatibility issue?
How can I get a correct activation code?

Hello Rino,

Can you please specify the time you received the code from us? if you received it recently then it might be a compatibility issue of the code itself, since it's probably compatible with telmap5 and not with earlier versions. Since it's a code issue, it would be best if you could email us at tugadmin at telmap dot com.

Yes , I got it just recently and actually tried several times to communicate with the support via mails but no one could help me with the activation code,
I got an answer that this version is not supported..
If this version is installed well on the 9550 , how come it’s so compatible to provide a correct activation code?

Hello Rino,

We are currently only accepting new users who have devices compatible with our latest version Telmap5. At the moment, we don't have a version for BB 9550.
We will eventually add support for the BB Storm series however I can't give you a timeline for that.
Please check back on our website regularly at http://www.telmap.com/tug to see when the Storm is supported.
