T5 what happened to Telemap Navogator and my contacts?

I used to have vodafone SatNav which was i beleive some earlier version of telmap. I just downlaoded the T5 version onto my blackberry Curve . works absolutely fine but the only search optino is to type in the addess. in the old version you could select lcoations from your address book. is this hiding somewhere as can't find it making it almost usless?

can i downgrade to an earlier version that has this functionality?

Hi Masplin,
In the search field you can actually type in anything you're looking for. This is a beta and we're still working on our search algorithms - but it's a free form text search where you can enter an address, POI category name, business name or anything else you're looking for.

To use one of your BB contacts you don't search from within the application - but rather approach it from your list of contacts
- select a contact and open the options menu
- if you have an address listed for that contact you will see an option "Open with Telmap5"

ok got it.

Only problem is i dont see the in car navigation widget? I select the place I want to go to press drive select the start, calcualtes route but only as overview not the head on version? If I select route info i just get time and distance.

my wife is thrilled is has starbucks, but how do you get into naviagtion mode?

actually I dont have a traffic or route overview widget but all the others.
