Hi,
I tried TM 5.0 on a Bold 9700 and Curve 8900 using the BES and BIS versions. Using all alternatives I get the message "Internal error occured.Please restart application and try again" when starting TM.
Any ideas? I cannot download TM 4.5 any more, so I´d like to get version 5.0 running .....

No fix, but it's running on my BES 8900. I had a similar issue with 4.5 that was fixed by a new install link from the admin |

I have the same problem in a Curve 8900. It charges at 37% and crashes. |

Anyone get a fix for this? I've had some dialogue with Telmap support as I now get this error. I've had my 8900 replaced and the new one (some OS version) just won't run.
Trouble-shooting steps so far -
1) Application permission : go to options - advanced options- applications -click on telmap 5- click on the blackberry button and edit permissions - make sure that connection, interactions and user data are set to "allow".
2) Reset firewall prompt : go to options -advanced options -applications - click on telmap 5 - click on the blackberry button and edit permissions - click on the blackberry button and "Reset firewall prompt".
3) I've tried installing without giving trusted status to the contact plugin
4) I've tried BES and BIS versions (should be BES)
5) I'm currently wiping the BB and will try again from scratch. |
