Really would like some help.

I really do not know where to go and need some help. I am/was a beta tester for telmap 4.5. My blackberry took a dumper while upgrading the operating system. I finally reloaded the os and got my curve 8310 working again but lost 4.5 telmap. I have emailed Telmap several times for activation code and jad file to download back on my curve with no responses. Help would be greatly appreciated.
