Doesn't sound like a BES/BIS issue.

While many users have managed to download successfully I have had other reports of this error. Might be a firmware issue.

Hello everybody,
I installed the program just a few days ago on my Blackbery Bold 9700 (BIS) here in Italy and I had no problem, only on Saving Resources has stopped a bit, but then immediately went fine. I tried it on the road today and I must say that it is very easy to use and is quite accurate. I still have to study a bit, but is an excellent navigator. Congratulations.
