That is not quite the whole truth. In cases like these we will record the locations but we won't activate them in the live data until they are in fact live.

The database is a record of live speed cameras. Until they are active they are not live and we would be moaned at for causing false alarm instead.


Maybe I used the wrong phraseology, but I think your reply is what I meant to say. Smile

This is absolutely unacceptable! I think this is a violation of human rights. What is going to be next? They will install camera behind the bathroom mirrors and start issuing tickets for brushing teeth too fast? Or maybe they will lobby some kind of law and make car gps systems mandatory, and will track your speed and location using GPS, issue tickets accordingly. Peter- the gps systems specialist.
