Very Happy

Was going to post something last night - but thought better not.

It's like our very own version of "The Never Ending Story", but there may be some end in sight at last.

lifesaver I checked your account to see what your subscription status was and noticed that you had paid twice in December.

Once was the £16.99 auto-renewal of your sub and another a day earlier was a £19.99 manual subscription.

I have refunded the £19.99 payment as this must have been an error on your part. I've emailed you to confirm and PayPal will also notify you.

We have had a few of these but most spot the error, you appear not to have so we've resolved it for you.

He's away until tomorrow pm. Hopefully we'll get all these communication difficulties sorted whilst we're doing the cameras. (Dear Lord, let him have a TomTom!!! and I have not the foggiest idea what PayPal is about). Very Happy

Spoke too soon, I'm afraid. It's proving impossible remotely (we really DID try on the phone for nearly an hour!), so he's sending me his TT to look at. Not quite the same as a new toy, but it'll get me back (temporarily) to five TomToms!

Hopefully, Kenny, you can read this now. To reply, click the reply button at the bottom and prove it!

In case not, Darren, he's received and is grateful for your email on the refund.
