MEDEON MD40600 NEED O/S MAPS + PORTABLE GPS ATTACHMENTS ????

:D Well pleased with my gps system although it does crashh when i stop at services and i have to reset it (any suggestions??).
More importantly i have seen on the news that you can connect a portable gps to the pda and use it along with ordinance survey maps when you go out walking??
Does any one have any info as to what- where and how??

There is a fix for the crashing on the medion.co.uk site.
Darned If I can find it tho 8O

You could probably use it for walking, if you carried a substantial 12v battery. The GPS antenna plugs into a car lighter socket, and runs the Medion as well.
