Route Planner 3D Mapping

Hi all

I know the satmap route planner has a 3D map button but I have been unable to get it to work.

Any ideas if it actually works.

Hi Mike,

The 3D function on the route planner does not work, I asked this question at the outdoor show and was told it is due to the base platform used to overlay the OS data. It looks like the same tool Bing maps use so I presume this is the base map data.

Just to add to this thread for information purposes,I was told by Satmap at the Earls Court Cycle Show that the route planner would be increased in size to "full page" in the New Year.
