as far as im aware the phone can support your phone and gps at the same time my xda i can use my bt headset and gps at the same time

Alix is correct, so long as you don't attempt to use two devices that require access to the same BT profile at the same time you'll be OK. A BT GPS uses the BT SPP (BT Serial Port profile), the BT Phone will use the BT Dial-Up Profile so you'll be fine
