Hi,

I just upgraded to Telmap5, but its not loading my maps. It picks up the GPS signal, but it doesn't show any streets. It only shows a white back ground.

Am I doing something wrong?

have you tried Telmap support?
thay have always been prompt in answering my emails - usually within 24hours. Smile

I just emailed the Roi guy who sent the update notification email. Will check on their website for support now.

they emailed you an update?

it looks like they are doing a gradual rollout of the update.
i will wait patiently until i get my email. :-)

i would ask you what are the differences - but that would be just mean, knowing that you haven't got it working yet??!!! Twisted Evil

Hello all,

We have released the Telmap5 beta version to our Bold users and in the future we will indeed gradually release other devices versions.

If you are having any difficulties with the application functionality please send the following information to tugadmin@telmap.com:

From within the Telmap5 application, please click on the option key and choose  About.
Copy the second and third line and send it to me.

I've been having this problem for the last two weeks and have emailed tugadmin. Is anyone else experiencing this problem now?
