Locking time after update

Hi, i am having a problem getting a satelite lock after the latest upgrade. I have tried to get a lock outside my home were previously it aprox two mins , i have left it outside for 15mins now and all i get is a blue sat symbol were it would be green . when i used to plan my routes were i sit i used to get a lock indoors, i would always get two green bars . Could any one please help . Thanks

Hi

The blue symbol suggests you are getting a lock from either WAAS or EGNOS (depending in which part of the world you live)

If you select the screen which shows the number of satilites you are receiving you should see an additional number. In the southeast of UK I see an additional number (124) as well as the normal satellite numbers

Does your map page show you current location?

I does sound as if you have GPS lock if I have understood you correctly
