Does a TomTom One IQ Europe or XL IQ read out street names ?

TTCS sent me a link yo a CAB file but I can't figure out what to do with it. When opened in explorer it shows all the files but not in the sub folders. Do I have to manually create all the folders then drop the files in the correct ones or is there a way to extract them?

Use WinRar to extract the files from the download straight to the "LoquendoTTS" folder which you will find listed under the drive letter associated with your device (WinRar can handle folders/ subfolders far more reliably than Windoze) - Download WinRar from Here - Mike
