Is it ok to use the speed camera database on my Tom Tom in Florida or is it against the law?

It's permitted to use POI based speed cam warnings in Florida so you're OK.

Where we know it is not permitted and there is evidence that law enforcement actively target users we have removed the data from our service e.g. Switzerland.
