installing warner poi on medion ppc250

Spot on! I just found this out the hard way. I had changed the name of the speed camera ascii file,but not the bitmap. The program only looks for icons of the same name. The sound problem I had was my pda settings not allowing program sounds, but strangely it allowed the nav software to make announcements but not poi warner. Cheers.

Hi everyone

i'm new to all this, but so far this forum has helped me sooo much.

two things though

1) can anyone connect to the downloads via the medion, or are you all getting the 'wrong username' message?

2) POI warner was working great, but now every time i turn on the medion after being off for a few hours i have to perform a soft reset to get POI to work, it just hangs every time - it's getting very annoying :x

I've managed to slove both my probs on my own

1) I've performed a sync reset Extras - Reset of Sychr.-Information. This has cured the syncing problems all works fine now

2) Stopped hanging probs by ensuring no other programs are running in the background using memory - Start - Settings - System - Memory - Running Programs.

Despite not getting a responce, this forum is still very helpful, keep up the good work guys
