TelMap shuts up and kills sound on my Blackberry

I was using it this morning and it was tlaking to me until I was approaching the last right hand turn on my trip. It does not say street names but it always says to turn right or left. This time it didn't and now I have no sound at all. It did this once before - it SPELLED "Express Lanes" then stopped talking and killed all sound on my Blackberry 8330 Curve. I have to do a reset to get it back.

The Telmap User Group do not support CDMA technology based devices.

Your BlackBerry 8330 device is based on CDMA technology and the issues you are experiencing - voice issues - are well known in case of BB8330.

Unfortunately there is nothing i can offer in that matter, since your device do not appear in our supported devices list.

I would be happy to hear other feedbacks regarding our supported devices Telmap Navigator versions.

I had this happen once on my pearl 8130. i can't offer a fix but, i had to shut down my phone and pull the battery. Once i did that, every thing went back to normal. Also make sure you have the latest OS on your phone, For a long time my voice prompts wouldn't complete until one day when i updated to the latest OS.
