Bluetooth Remote Problem - 940

Hi folks

I am having a problem with my remote. It pairs and works fine except on the mobile phone menu. When I try to search through the phonebook the up and down keys don't work.

Any ideas?

I have a 540 and mine is the same. I think it worked when I first got the remote control, but expect one of TomTom's "upgrades" put paid to that feature!
