POI for Traffic Calming 'Hazards'

Around here, the local authority has taken to 'traffic calming' by reducing the width of the road and forcing cars to head for each other (OK there are some Give Priority signs). Problem is that on a dark wet night the sudden narrowing (and bollards) can be hard to see. I am sure there are such things all over the place and you all must know of one that causes you grief.

Do you think there would be much interest in compiling a POI of all such 'hazards' - with a warning voice "Warning, Road Narrows. Oncoming traffic ahead" or something similar.
