I just installed TelMap 4.5 today and since I had to go and get fuel thought I would try it out.

First of all I could not see how to search for / naviage to a point of interest, for example the nearest fuel station (good job I knew the way).

So after fuelling I navigated to my home address. This was more successful.

However...

Right from the beginning (downloading route) the audio got stuck in a loop continually repeating the last command / information. Needless to say as soon as I could pull over I turned it off.

First impression, useless. Sad Sad

Hey,

I can assure you that Telmap Navigator is not useless at all.

Like all applications there might be some installation issues that are , in most cases resolved.

Once you resolve the issues you had with the voice instructions you will be able to use the application flawlessly.

To navigate to a POI: from the application menu go to where to then directories and then search for a point of interest.

I have sent you by email a possible solution for the issue you had.

This happened to me. I discovered, however, that my Windows Media Player on my Tilt was set to Repeat the song. Apparently, this changes the audio in Telmap as well. Took that setting off and I never looked back.
