Only just done this myself so no expert but will try to help.
First of all download a programme called POI Warner from navigating.de
make sure you download the version for Medion PPC, I use version 2.X
cost is around £20.
Sync this programme to the pocket PC.
Download the Safety Camera Database from this site and save as an assci file.
Open my computer, PPC should be shown as mobile device, double click this icon, double click My Pocket PC, then folder named Programme files, double click folder POI Warner then copy Safety Camera assci file into POI folder.
Open POI Warner on your Medion, open POIManager then POI Settings choose Overlay Settings, tap + sign on Activated POI-Overlays and place a tick in the box for pocketgps_uk_sc.
That should do the trick if not let me know.

Regards....Abb

PS. I should also mention that a free programme called checkPOInt is available from this site but I dont know if it works with Medion PPC no doubt someone could help with that. Good Luck.

CheckPOInt only works with TomTom Navigator, POI-Warner is the only option for Medion/Navigon software.
