No Traffic on my 775T

Purchased from Amazon 'allegedly' with UK lifetime traffic but will not receive.
Has the same power supply as my 610 which does receive traffic. I can get the traffic to work on my775t if I use the power supply from my 610 Shocked

Anyone else have this problem if so can it be solved?
5 emails to Garmin customer support and not one response so far Evil or Very Mad

I returned a 775T to Amazon for this exact reason. If you look at the Traffic subscriptions on the unit, you should find it covers the USA/Canada. Apparently, I was told, this is in the small print somewhere on the site that it does not support the UK.
They refunded me the full cost of the unit although it was only seven days old at the time.
It must be all in the lead which is why your other lead works. I also read that someone rang Garmin, quoted the unit serial number and traffic lead number and they enabled the traffic on the unit somehow.
