where can i find the device code on a tomtom 730go if its the one on the bottom.i have 11 letters or numbers.there are supposed to be 10 any help thanks in advance

Tap the Signal Strength Bars, then tap the version number box.

The Status Screen that results has your device code, something like AK123 ABS4E
