It is not a perfect solution, but I would recommend to continue to use the earlier version of software until the next update. I have also passed the information about the issue to our developers to inform them of it. Apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this issue.

Its just the sort of answer you expect from TT, and this is after asking me to rebuild my unit.

Yep - the RDS-TMC causes screen refresh, stuttering all sorts of odd results.

IMHO the processor and RAM just can't keep up anymore, and it is worse if you are using bluetooth and playing back mp3s.

Good luck with the support case - I am still sat here without a working TT (apart from the one I borrowed) after sending mine back on the 2nd June for 'repair' and it being returned in a useless state.

TT have promised me a resolution over a week ago now but I am still sat here waiting.

Keep on their backs and don't give in or be fobbed off.

Finally got a response from TT Support. They proposed deleting the mapsettings.cfg file and running the Clear Flash tool.

I did both and the screen redraw appears to have stopped. Very Happy I will run this for a week to see if it returns.
