Rally style road hazard identification POIs

It occured to me today that it would be a very good idea to have a collection of POI's which bing up as you approach road hazards such as 90 degree bends in the road which you may not know about (eg back lanes). Specifically this is not to be a duplicate of accident blackspot poi lists.

So thinking this further it would be a good idea if these could be split into two categories as they are in the world of rally driving. What I'm thinking of is a lower hazard category with "!" as the picture meaning "Slow down, if you get this wrong you'll break something" and a higher hazard category with "!!" as the picture meaning "No really!, slow down or you're going to kill us".

So, the request to PgpsW, can you set up the wearwithall software so that we can create these databases by member imput?
