I updated my 520 with the LMG and am now at the very latest map (GB and ROI and Navcore) 8.351 (9982/090518) and V830.2305 map.

Now when I set a new route I get asked "Do you need to arrive at a certain time" This is the first I have ever seen this feature as my 720 does not ask about this, although it does ask what time date I am travelling presumably for IQ route use.

Is there a way to turn this off when not needed? I looked in the IQ routes preferences but it only allows selecting IQ routes on/off.

I know it's only another tap on the screen but it's just irritating when you don't need it.

Also what is HOV lanes? I saw this option on the planning preferences screen.

Status Bar Preferences--second screen--UNcheck 'Show Leeway to arrival time'.

HOV stands for High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes and certain roads have them. Normally, the requirement is two (or sometimes three) people in a vehicle to legally acces these faster lanes.

If you will be driving by yourself, then you want to avoid a route that considers these HOV lanes.

A4174 (Bristol Ring Road) has a section marked as 2+. This is HOV by another name and is in operation during rush hour times
