royaltek wire with TTNV3 and NAVIGON2 no signal

hi,

i ve got MEDIONppc ( mitac) with navigon 2 in bundle, and i would say it works fine, I tried to install TT version 3 togheter with navigon ,but in this case no way to use navigon , cannot get satellite signal, only TT3, it seems to have priority on navigon,
I have ROYALTEK wire.

Any help would be much appreciated.

normally the problems with TomTom only happen wqith BlueTooth receivers... Anyhow - you may want to uninstall the TomTom GPS driver and then install TomTom GPS 2.07 (from our downloads page)

Also, get yourself a task manager so you can make sure that TomTom has really closed (and is not just sitting in the background)

hi,

disinstalled gps and installed version 2.07, reboot pocket then run navigon ,but nothing , tried to change port 1,2,3,4,5, nothing at all,

Do you thinkthat navigon has an auto search gps system instead of manual,?

it's a wired receiver, so you should specify COM1: at 4800.

Any other accessory that you recently added? a snap-on keyboard?

hi,
sorry but still having problem, keeping installed TT3 I tried to install DESTINATOR(instead of navigon) to see difference. But funny thing .... it works , destinator is searching in auto mode the satellite configuration and works.
Disintalled destinator,tried again with navigon2, by using serial cable com1 SIRF 4800, nothing to do, then disintalled TT3 and navigon works,

need help 8)

do you know if exist any croatia map to be used with tomt tom or navigon ??
