reinstall default car icon

hi
i have installed on my tomtom one v2 europe a customised icon of my car (instead of the default blue arrow) on the navigation view.
this was kindly supplied to me by a forum administrator.
i now wish to reinstall the default icon (which i have saved in a folder on my desktop) but i don't seem to have the instructions for doing this and i can't for the life of me remember how i did it last time!!
can someone either point me in the direction of this info or supply the steps i need to take to perform this.
