|
|
Hi All
New user - first post - probably question has been asked and answered but I cant find it!
I have a Travelpilot Lucca 3.3 with UK and Ireland maps on it (standard machine). I want to add some maps that I downloaded (greece_v11.map for example) onto a 2g sd card.
I have simply loaded the maps onto the card but they are not recognised. Is there some sort of data structure that they have to go into?
Any and all help is gratefully received
Thanks

Hi and welcome.
Do you know where you got the maps from? It might help us determine what needs to be done with the maps. |

@PaulB2005
Well, just a b1tt0rrent, so probably not the best place!
This is actually my sons machine, my Garmin C550 is so easy to update its not true (as you well know I am sure!), so I just assumed it would be as easy!
The contents are Benelux_v11.map, BritishIsles_v11.map, EasternEurope_v11.map, France_v11.map, Germany_v11.map, Greece_v11.map, Italy_v11.map, Scandinavia_v11.map, SpainPortugal_v12.map, TheAlps_v12.map and thats all, no comment files, nothing!
Any help gratefully received.
Cheers
