Navman S70 - supermarkets POI's - help!

Hi,
I'm a new Navman S70 3D owner, it won't let me search for supermarkets, I need this for fuel for my work. I spoke to the customer help who sent me here. I've tried downloading the supermarket POI's but when I do it's always a Windows media player file, and my Navdesk won't pick it up, could anybody please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

First point. Would you not be better off using a Fuel Category? Not all supermarkets have a Fuel outlet.

Second. Are you downloading the OV2 File type, and not the CSV? Neither of which should be associated with Windows Media Player.

It could be that your Navdesk is trying to find an ASC File Type. IIRC you have the option to change the "File type to open" to *.*

This should then allow you to import a CSV File Type.
