I tried a search but couldn't find an answer.
Just got a 940 today and I see there is a map available. How do I find out when the latest maps were released? Is it worth waiting till the end of the 30 day period?
I think maps are released quarterly so is this Jan/April/July? If it is then I will just download now as my 30 days will be up before the next release.

| The 830 maps have only been recently released so there won't be anything else for around 60 days if everything goes as normal - Mike |

Hmmm,
Latest maps are V830.2305. It may be too easy but does this mean they were released 23/05? Lol! |

Thanks Mike,
I will just go ahead and download. Not impressed at how well hidden the LMG facility is. Tomtom was offering to update my maps for £39.90 and sign me up to the map update facility. No mention of using the LMG until I searched support as to how to access the new maps for free.

No... that's just the build number. There are different builds for the different versions (IQ routes or not etc.)
I keep a list of release dates HERE if you're interested. |
