TT910 - Computer voice missing ?

Since downloading European map - I cannot find any computer voices ?
I have tried via TTHome2 and it tells me that "You cannot use this feature - it is not supported by your device" Yet I have had this working previously ?

Have you ever downloaded/installed a different version of the computer voices? There are a few different versions around, and Home is known to get confused if it sees the wrong one.

Anyway, the most important thing to ask is: do you have a full back up, made before you updated the map?
Next question, do you have a folder called "LoquendoTTS" either on that backup or on the TomTom itself? (check this by using Windows Explorer to browse the memory of the TomTom, NOT Home).

I hope you have got a working LoquendoTTS folder on the device, the folder size should be around 4GB if you right click it using Windows Explorer and select "Properties" to check this.

If the folder is named loquendotts (note the difference is upper/ lower case) then we can probably assist as long as the folder is intact, the TTS voice files on the 910 are huge when compared to the newer released devices, they are also much better in terms of quality in my opinion - Mike

There is a folder LoquendoTTS 4.07Gb Very Happy

The folder looks OK, you cannot use TTS voices when the device is connected to the PC running Home, switch the 910 on with it not connected to the PC and tap Change Preferences/ Manage Voices/ Switch Voice are the computer voices listed AND selectable on the device - Mike
